It’s no secret that Grundy (Va.) Mountain Mission 2019 center Oscar Tshebwe is a priority for the West Virginia coaching staff in his class and he was back on campus for another visit over the weekend.

Tshebwe, 6-foot-9, 250-pounds, has collected early offers from West Virginia and Virginia Tech but a large number of other schools have been showing interest including Duke.
