Tennessee State defensive lineman Davoan Hawkins didn’t need a lot of convincing that West Virginia would be where he would spend his final year after seeing it for himself.

Hawkins, 6-foot-2, 286-pounds, took an official visit to Morgantown during the open window for mid-year transfers to visit schools and the program stood out for a lot of different reasons.
