Perhaps in a few years we’ll look back to the TCU game when things changed for Sam James.

That’s not to say that James disappointed in year one – far from it as he was thrust into the lead wide receiver duties for the Mountaineers as a redshirt freshman. Those results were mixed as he led the team in receiving yards and receptions but was not necessarily efficient in doing so.
