Lake Wells (Fla.) 2024 athlete Carlos Mitchell is just starting to learn about the schools recruiting him including one of his most recent offers from West Virginia.

Mitchell, 5-foot-10, 170-pounds, had been in contact with running backs coach Chad Scott and he informed him that he not only liked the way he played but his makeup as a person.
