West Virginia has showcased the ability to keep one of the state's best home with a commitment from Barboursville (W.Va.) Cabell Midland 2024 linebacker Curtis Jones.

Jones, 6-foot-1, 204-pounds, became a priority of the coaching staff at his position after receiving a scholarship offer over the summer. The versatile linebacker, who could play inside or outside, earned that opportunity after an impressive showing at a one-day prospect camp where he was timed at 4.6 in the 40-yard dash.
