The WR position, how do we get to next level and stop the drops?

This has become the new off-season priority for West Virginia after last season it was improving in the run game. The Mountaineers struggled, to put it nicely, in this department in 2020 with 32 charted drops over the course of the 10 games and because it’s such a subjective statistic you could argue that it was even much more.

This wasn’t an isolated incident either, as five players were charged with at least four drops on the season and again you could easily argue that is being conservative with how many it truly was over the course of the campaign. So how do you go about fixing it?
