Youngstown (Oh.) Cardinal Mooney 2027 defensive lineman Dominic Letlow still has a ways to go when it comes to his recruitment but West Virginia is now one of his options.

Letlow, 6-foot-3, 225-pounds, received a scholarship offer from the Mountaineers following a conversation with defensive line coach William Green.

“It was over the phone and my reaction was I was just blessed to get another offer,” he said.

Letlow knows a little bit about the West Virginia football program but is excited to learn more about both the school and the coaching staff. It was the first time that Letlow had spoken with the West Virginia coaches and it made a positive impression on him.

“Green was showing a lot of love to me and saying that he liked what he saw in my film,” he said.

The Mountaineers are targeting Letlow at the edge position and likes that he brings a nice blend of versatility that allows him to do different things in different spots on the field.

Letlow has yet to visit West Virginia but does plan on changing that. At this stage he has interest in both USC and Michigan State while is interested in finding more schools.

Letlow wants to find a place where he can call home and where he fits into the playing style on the field.
