West Virginia cornerbacks face different challenge at Oklahoma State
The West Virginia cornerbacks simply weren’t tested in the season opener.
Eastern Kentucky completed only nine passes total, while the cornerbacks permitted only three of those receptions for a total of 46 yards and a touchdown. The group was thrown at a total of seven times but overall it wasn’t quite the litmus test that coaches want to see for a relatively inexperienced group.
