The West Virginia Mountaineers football coaches are attempting to implement a culture.

It isn’t something that comes overnight and takes plenty of effort to accomplish. It’s built through actions and even the smallest things help to cement that in place.

Even something as simple as how the coaching staff is going about handling a very different bowl experience is part of that. Unlike most years, the team will travel to Memphis only a day before the game and won’t take part in many of the on-site festivities that accompany a bowl game.
