Aug. 1 marked the first day that colleges were permitted to initiate off-campus contact with prospective recruits and West Virginia was on the ball in that department.

That's because like Cinderella, the Mountaineers were on the move as the clock struck midnight reaching out to a number of top targets to send them graphics.
